What is the importance of an Int. Organistion like UNESCO, when f.e. USA refuse to pay their contribution when the assembly votes different as they, the USA (and Israel) wanted. (UNESCO included the Palestine state as member against the will of USA (who pay far more than the half of the budget of UNESCO, now stopped payment))
